At Bayram Veda, we strive to provide high-quality wellness services, programs, and resources. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Physical Products (Books & Printed Materials)
- If purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer, returns and refunds are subject to the seller’s policies.
- We do not directly process refunds for books purchased via Amazon. Please contact Amazon Customer Service for returns.
2. Digital Products (E-books, Workbooks, Guides)
- All sales of digital products are final.
- Due to the nature of downloadable content, we cannot offer refunds once the file or program access has been delivered.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Reach out at [email protected] , and we will assist in resolving the problem.
3. Consultations, Coaching & In-Person Sessions
- All Ayurvedic Consultations, 1:1 Integrative Coaching, and Therapeutic Bodywork Sessions are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
4. Online Programs & Courses
- For multi-week programs (e.g., Anxiety Bye-Bye), refunds are available only if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before the program has started.
- Once the program begins or access is provided to course materials, no refunds will be issued.
- If the program includes live sessions, missing a session does not qualify for a refund.
5. Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Technical failure on our side preventing access to paid content
