Meet Aydan – The Heart Behind Bayramveda
Welcome to Bayram Veda
Hi, I’m Aydan Bayram — and I’m so glad you’re here. Bayramveda is my heart project. It was created as a healing space for people in New York City (and beyond). It is for those individuals seeking something deeper than wellness trends, who aim to live with more ease.
I’m a certified Advance Ayurvedic Practitioner , Vedic Bodywork Therapist, Nervous System Guide, Integrative Coach and Energy-Aware Artist. My path here wasn’t linear. It started with burnout, pain, and a deep desire to feel well again. If you’ve been searching for a grounded, feminine space to truly come home to yourself — welcome.

Why I Created Bayram Veda
Years ago, I was exhausted, sick and overwhelmed. I searched for answers everywhere. I looked into sources ranging from ancient texts to modern therapies. I dedicated years to traveling, learning, and studying healing systems around the world.
“I created Bayram Veda so you wouldn’t have to spend years searching like I did.”
My mission was clear: to gather everything that truly works and offer it in one safe, supportive space. Bayram Veda blends ancient wisdom with practical care. It is designed for those who are ready to slow down and heal.
My Healing and Creative Path
Before I became a therapist, I was a computer engineer, logical, structured, and always chasing the next thing. But something inside felt off. My body was holding years of tension, and my heart was quietly asking for more.
Over the years, I immersed myself in a range of healing modalities. I engaged in psychosomatic therapy and ancestral constellation work. I also learned Ayurvedic medicine, Yoga, Vedic movement and so much more. Each approach helped me uncover new layers of my own healing. I only share the tools I’ve personally walked through, tested, and witnessed create transformation for myself and others. I also reconnected with a forgotten part of myself: my love for art, intuition, and expression.
Today, my work weaves together:
- Holistic healing & Vedic bodywork
- Ayurvedic wisdom & intuitive integrated coaching
- Energy-infused abstract art & therapeutic books
“My hands are for holding space and for creating beauty. Both are sacred.”
Bayram Veda brings these passions together. Whether I’m guiding a bodywork session or painting a piece of art. When I create a healing journal, the intention is always the same: to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.

Let’s Begin Together
